DEADLINE FOR CHALLENGE 3 is... FEBRUARY 28.

I have changed the 3rd Challenge rules so it doesn't have to be about a winter holiday or something wintery. So if that was what stopped you, I got rid of it.

BTW, I've added new fandoms: House M.D. & NCIS. I added prompts to go with them as well.
