Sam had a vision of a beautiful woman. She was dressed in a hospital gown and surrounded by demons. After calling in favors and doing some legwork, Sam and Dean had at least an idea of where to start.

Sam sneaked into the mental hospital and saw Isabel.

"You're not crazy," he told her. "I get visions, too. Even though our visions aren't the same, I think we can help each other."

Isabel gave him a sad smile. She was touched that he'd come all this way to try to make her feel better. As if he along could protect her from the demons that tortured her every moment of every day.

He was a sweet kid. Actually, Isabel hoped that it would end better for him than it would for her. She already knew that her life was going to end. There was no stopping it anymore.
